Vysarn (ASX:VYS) has completed the acquisition of CMP Consulting Group, effective December 1, 2024. This completion follows a share sale agreement initially announced on September 13, 2024.
CMP Groupe Conseil is an engineering firm specializing in the water industry.
Vysarn provides water services and related infrastructure support to the mining, industrial and utility sectors.
As part of its expanded capabilities, CMP Consulting has been awarded a shared purchasing professional service contract with Sydney Water Corporation. The contract, structured as a Master Services Agreement, allows Sydney Water to engage CMP for major project design services. The initial term of the agreement extends until June 30, 2027.
Shares of Vysarn closed up 10.26% at $0.43 yesterday.
