The new Hostplus Service Center of Excellence will result from a transition of the industry super fund’s contact center, communications, complaints and employer service functions to Link from 1 March.

Through this partnership, Hostplus will have access to Link Group’s technology capabilities, managing the functions of 1.3 million members and more than 220,000 contributing employers.

Hostplus CEO David Elia commented: “The creation of the HSEC will ensure that we are well positioned, now and in the future, to deliver the highest standards of customer service and experience through the considerable expertise that Link has developed over the years, supported by its significant investment in its cutting-edge technology.

Link Retirement and Superannuation Solutions CEO Dee McGrath added that the new agreement will help the fund deliver a competitive and innovative member experience.

“We are excited to expand our strategic partnership with Hostplus as they enter this next stage of growth,” Ms. McGrath said.
